NEUSTAR
Neustar is a leading provider of real-time analytics, data, security protection, and other technology offerings for companies throughout the world. In 2016, as competition in internet security became more fierce, the company redesigned their website to better communicate their mission and value. I partnered with Phenomenon to develop a content strategy to bring Neustar’s brand offerings and industry-leading technology services to the attention of their existing customers and potential clients.
HOMEPAGE
Our goal for the homepage was to make a bold and clear statement about Neustar’s offerings in four key segments: Marketing, Security, Risk and Communications. We created a hero area that featured these four areas, enabling users to click through to those sections of the page. The following sections of the Homepage supported this brand story with case studies and educationa content.
MARKETING SOLUTIONS
Neustar offers unique technology capabilities to help organizations optimize and track their marketing efforts. The Marketing Solutions page featured four pillars of the organization's offerings in Marketing Solutions: Customer Intelligence, Customer Activation, Identity Data Management Platform, and Marketing Analytics. The page provides links to landing pages about each of these topics, while bringing to life the offerings via a Case Study about its work for Google. Links to blog posts provide additional, relevant content that support and clarify Neustar’s mission and services in this segment.
security solutions
Additional Solutions pages present content in a similar way as the Marketing Solutions page. Digital and Internet security became increasingly important when we were redesigning the website in the summer of 2016, as email hacks during the presidential election brought to life the insecurity of organizations' digital ecosystems. We created a Security Solutions page that stated the benefits of Neustar’s offerings in this increasingly important technology space.
