My first large-scale website redesign project was one of the most complex and exciting of my career. In 2009, Harley-Davidson redesigned its 26 global websites for the launch of its 2010 model year of motorcycles. With a complex market structure, high product variation, and multiple languages, the project presented unique challenges every day. This case study details how I worked with the UX, design, and technology teams to solve those challenges.
